| Bob's
background includes both engineering and sales management positions in
the semiconductor, instrumentation and computer fields during the last
forty years and has held positions as Electronic Engineer, Regional
Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Marketing and
Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
After his BSEE studies at Manhattan College in New York, Bob began his sales career with Fairchild Semiconductor working with Robert Noyce, Jean Hoerni, and Andrew Grove introducing to the world the first integrated circuits available. He then went on to key sales and marketing management positions with Texas Instruments, Analogic, Intersil, Eurosil and various semiconductor companies in Silicon Valley. Bob is the founder of Dugan Technologies and has successfully directed several new business ventures. He is responsible for Outside Sales duties in the Sacramento/Northern Nevada areas, as well as order entry and account management for the distribution side of the business.. |

Tom's background includes
engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing in the control systems,
computer and instrumentation fields for the past twenty
years.
Tom received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and his MBA from Golden Gate University. He has worked as a Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Test Engineer, Software Engineer and was a Senior Software Test Engineer with Measurex Corporation before joining Dugan Technologies in 1992. Tom is an Outside Sales Engineer covering the Bay Area (Alameda County northwards) and the Central Valley excluding Sacramento. He specializes in sensors, control systems and metrology. In addition, Tom is responsible for the web page, managing principals, coordinating trade shows and etc. |

happens to be his wife).
She is responsible for our accounting, and support in telemarketing, literature, and seminars. |
